I looked at the little girl on my screen; brown hair clipped back with pink butterfly clips, blowing in the beachy breeze. Her chubby cheeks lifted as she smiled, her squinty eyes radiating joy. She wore her favorite blue swimsuit. She looked about four years old, full of purity, innocence, and tender love.
That little girl was me!
This past week, my mom has been sending me old photos from when I was little. Some I had never seen before, but the girl in them felt familiar. As I looked at her, I heard the Lord whisper, “This is how I still see you.”
I realized the little girl in those photos is the same girl I see when I pray. She’s the one the Lord speaks to… a lot. She’s the one He has been loving, pursuing, and protecting my entire life. I am still His little girl.
In less than a week, I’ll be in North Africa with my team, praying and interceding for some of the most unreached people groups in the world. I keep thinking about the Fatherly love and mercy God longs to extend to the nations.
The way He has loved me my entire life… is the way He longs to love them. His heart aches for the little girls and boys who have been misled. His anger burns toward the sin that separates millions from Him.
This is the extravagant love of the Father. He has been waiting so patiently, holding out the gift of true life, freedom, and salvation, longing for His children to experience real joy. Yet many have never heard that there was an innocent Man who was crucified for their sin. They haven't received His sacrificial love.
I am praying specifically for fresh hope over the Middle East and North Africa. For women to be liberated, for children to be set free, and for the veil of deception to be lifted from men. Would you pray alongside me that the Lord would use my team and me to help reignite the lampstand of prayer?
TESTIMONY TIME!!! (take a sip of your coffee because this is good ☕️)
Earlier this week, there were no flights available the morning I needed to get to Virginia (where I'm meeting up with my team before we fly overseas), so I had to book a ticket for the night before. The cost was higher than expected, and I realized I needed a place to stay. As I hovered over the “purchase” button, I felt the Lord’s peace.. a knowing that He would provide.
I bought the ticket and prayed, asking Him to cover the expenses and provide somewhere for me to stay.
At first, I thought, I can meet the Lord halfway. I can cover the flight and just get a hotel. But I felt the Holy Spirit clearly say, “Wait.”

A few hours later, a friend came to mind. She lived in the same state I was flying into and might have connections. I reached out to her, and within a week, one of her friends offered to host me for the night. Not only that, she loves Jesus, offered to pick me up from the airport, drive me to meet my team, and told me not to worry about dinner. → MUSIC to my ears!!!
The Lord continues to affirm His hand on this trip. I have experienced an ABUNDANCE of His provision because of a simple yes.
And because of more of your yeses, my plane ticket expenses are COMPLETELY covered.
My trip is fully funded! I wanted to sincerely thank those of you who have invested into this trip through prayer and generosity. I am so challenged by the extravagant support of my friends and family. May the Lord bless your yes, and may it have a domino effect throughout the Kingdom of God.
And now, that little girl in the butterfly clips gets to go and pray that other sons and daughters would come to know the same Father who has been faithful to her her entire life! PRAYERS:
Safe and smooth travel!
